How does the $97 consult work?
A 20-minute call plus a one-page written action plan in your inbox within 24 hours. The plan has prioritized next steps you can hand to a junior designer, a contractor, or yourself.
What counts as a "done-for-you project"?
Identity systems, cartography, museum and exhibit content, editorial design, campaign and civic communications. Projects typically run 40 – 200 hours, billed by phase or hour.
Do you work in Spanish?
Yes — bilingual EN/ES from the first draft, not as a translation afterthought. Occasional Português for IOA-style trilingual projects.
What's your turnaround?
Consults within 1 business day. Project scoping typically takes a week of back-and-forth; kickoffs are usually 1 – 2 weeks out from contract.
How do you handle payment?
Stripe for consults (one-time $97, paid on booking). Projects: 50% deposit on contract, 50% on delivery, via invoice. Domestic and cross-border friendly.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. Mutual NDAs are available on request before scoping. For sensitive policy or campaign work, an NDA is standard practice.
Do you work with for-profit / private clients?
Yes, when the work aligns with mission-driven communication — policy, civic, museum, NGO-adjacent, foundation-funded. Pure marketing collateral or growth-hacking is not my niche.
Can I see more work than what's on the site?
Yes — ask. There are client folders going back to 2018 that aren't all published. NDA-covered work can be shared selectively with prospective clients under reciprocal confidentiality.
